Majestically situated in the Scottish Highlands, within 5 acres of gardens and woodland, Glenspean Lodge has been a famous landmark in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Originally built in the 1800s as a private hunting lodge, for the Laird Macintosh of Macintosh the property has been lovingly added to over the years and sensitively refurbished, today the lodge can be described as classically luxurious with modern facilities.

Using only the best local ingredients our Head Chef creates beautiful cuisine enjoyed by many return guests as well as locals.

Here at Glenspean Lodge we are extremely proud of our exceptional level of service, we are aware that no matter how pretty a place looks or luxurious it is, you as our valued guest must feel that you have been welcomed and looked after.

You can dine in our Nevis view restaurant for both Breakfast and Dinner with beautiful panoramic views, or for more casual dining you can relax and unwind in our Macintosh Lounge bar. We have an excellent reputation for offering fresh locally sourced produce, home cooked food offering a large selection right down to our home made Pate, breads and delightful desserts-that will make your mouth water!

The majority of staff are from our local area which we find important as many Guests come to Glenspean Lodge to enjoy the Scottish Highland and meet the Scottish people.

Our staff are very helpful in helping with information on the area and helping you decide on activities in the area to help you experience the best of the Highlands.

Check in was easy and the staff were wonderful. We chose to stay in and eat at the restaurant and the food was 10/10. Beds were comfy and the shower was great. Breakfast was cooked to order and was a great view from the dining room. Highly recommended a stay here.
